A six part seminar series including lectures, workshops and exercises in an educational format featuring associate practitioners with decades spent in the field and in study.

Each course guides you through education & interaction to your individual health balance using a complete integrative approach. As the series progresses, you will be equipped with knowledge and tools along the way that builds on what you learned from previous classes, forming a fluid connection and developed understanding to whole wellness.

Paint & Dance: Integral Wellness Series Part 1 w/ Charlotte Hauk

Express, Let Go, Create

Welcome the new year by awakening your genuine self, experiencing the empowerment of manifesting with your intuition, and deepening the connection with your inner emotions through a beginners focused and all-levels art therapy and ecstatic dance course.

COURSE OUTLINE
5 weeks, 5 classes
Each week we will dance, discuss and paint a Rhythm.
Various painting techniques will be used as you discover your personal medicine.
All materials are provided!
No experience necessary.
All ages welcome.
Accessibility accommodations are available.
*Space is limited to 10 people each class.
*Registration is required in advance, prior to enrollment so that we know how many materials to prep for. No walk-ins, sorry.

Classes run once a week at the Neurofitness Wellness Center at 2139 Broad St, Regina, with a different rhythm focus each week.

COURSE OFFERINGS:
-Explore the fundamentals of true expression.
-Find your “Rhythm”, joy, acceptance, strength, peace and serenity as you let go of built-up emotions.
-Discover new methods of self-empowerment.
-Experience conscious relief therapy from anxiety, stress, depression, anger, grievance, post-trauma and more.
-“Detox” your mind.
-Move your body.
-Learn how to access, activate & utilize the tools of intuition to remain grounded while being freed from baggage.
-If you haven’t had the opportunity or safe space to express or respond to what has been happening to you, now is the time.

Mindful Eating & ConsciousCooking w/Brittany Reid: IWS Part 2
Nourish

Nourish your relationship with food and wellness. Encourage each other to live more intuitively with mindful practices. Create the meals in-class and take home recipes!

COURSE SUMMARY
We will be discussing the practices of becoming more mindful and conscious of our relationship with food and wellness. In this series we will cook, explore, and empower each other to live more intuitively with food.

CLASS SCHEDULE
1: Sun Jan 22 2-4 pm
2: Sun Jan 29 2-4 pm
3: Sun Feb 5 2-4 pm

COURSE OUTLINE
3 weeks, 3 classes
Week 1 – Mindful Eating and the Plant Kingdom
Week 2 – Creating a Wholesome Pantry
Week 3 – Developing mindful practices and empowered self decision in the world.
Food to be made: nut mylk, granola, super salad, building delicious bliss balls

COURSE OFFERINGS
-Develop cooking and meal prep skills
-Learn new recipes
-Eat delicious food
-Understand how to create a more wholesome diet and the fundamentals of plant-based eating
-Practice integrating your intuition into what you put in your body

Each class will be 2 hours.
All materials are provided!
No experience necessary.
All ages welcome, 18+ unless accompanied by a guardian

-No experience necessary.
-Recommended for 16+ or GED level.
-Accessibility accommodations are available upon request.

-*Registration is required in advance, prior to enrollment so that we know how many materials to prep for. No walk-ins, sorry.

Classes run once a week at the Neurofitness Wellness Center at 2139 Broad St, Regina, with a different subject each week that builds on the last.

COURSE CONTENT:
-Learn how individualized nutrition and training works
-Find where you can start
-Realize new ways and comprehensive approaches to growing a better version of yourself
-Discover how nutrition, digestion and training affects the brain
-Develop a reference map on how all systems connect
-Create personalized solutions and analyze the most viable options that works for you
-Ask Darcy Clarke those tricky burning questions, in person
